Founderz Emprendimiento, S.L. (hereinafter, “Founderz”) is the owner of the Website https://educatorshub.com (hereinafter, the “Website”) and is the controller of the processing of the personal data of the users of the Website (hereinafter, the “Users”).

Through this Privacy Policy, and in compliance with Articles 12 and 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”) and Article 11 of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (“LOPDPGDD”), Founderz informs Users who use the Website about the processing of their personal data that may be collected through it and processed by Founderz.

Browsing data. Due to Internet communication standards, when the User accesses our Website we automatically receive the IP address of their computer and the type of browser they are using. We use this information to analyse general trends and improve the service. This information is not shared with third parties without their consent. Personal data will be processed by Founderz for the time necessary to answer the question and/or resolve the issue indicated by the User. Such data will be blocked to comply with Founderz’s legal obligations and, once that period has elapsed, will be definitively deleted.
Identification data. The User who has completed the free course for teachers in AI with Founderz may share their course use case on the Website. For this purpose, Founderz will process the email address and the personal data included in the User’s use case.	Consent	Identify and publish the User’s use case in order to share on the Website the knowledge generated in Founderz’s courses.	Data will be processed by Founderz until the User withdraws their consent. Once consent has been withdrawn, Founderz will block the data for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. After that period, the data will be permanently deleted.
Image and voice. The use case published on the Website may include the Users’ image and/or voice.	Consent	Publish the Users’ use case on the Website to share the knowledge generated in Founderz’s courses	Data will be processed by Founderz until the User withdraws their consent. Once consent has been withdrawn, Founderz will block the data for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations. After that period, the data will be permanently deleted.

3. TO WHICH RECIPIENTS WILL YOUR DATA BE DISCLOSED?

Founderz informs that, for the fulfilment of the purposes described above, as a general rule it will not disclose the User’s personal data to third parties. Notwithstanding the above, Founderz may grant access to such personal data to technology service providers with whom it has signed a data processing agreement; in particular to:

o Providers of database maintenance services and newsletter subscription management.

o Providers of analytics services.

o Providers of hosting services.

o Providers of email services.

o Providers of consent management (Consent Management Platform)

The aforementioned providers may be located in jurisdictions that generally do not offer adequate safeguards in relation to the processing of personal data. For all entities that are not part of the European Economic Area (EEA), Founderz has signed contracts with such entities that include such safeguards, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Likewise, Founderz may disclose your data to:

· Companies interested in purchasing or acquiring the company or a part of its business and, consequently, grant access to any national or international auditor to carry out their “due diligence” (Due Diligence)

· The Authorities to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, or of the website policies.

Founderz informs Users that the purpose of the Website is to share with the educational community the knowledge generated during the free artificial intelligence courses for teachers from Founderz. For this reason, Users who decide to publish their use cases on the Website accept that the personal data included in such use cases (including, where applicable, the User’s image and voice) will be shared with all Users who access the Website.

4. SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Founderz undertakes to adopt the necessary physical, technical and organisational measures, in accordance with applicable regulations, to ensure the security of personal data and prevent the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration of personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed, or the unauthorised communication of or access to such data. Personal data will be processed confidentially by Founderz, which undertakes, by legal or contractual obligation, to inform and ensure that such confidentiality is respected by its employees, partners and any person who must have access to the User’s personal data.

5. USERS’ RIGHTS

The User may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and, where applicable, restriction of processing and data portability by sending an email to hola@founderz.com.

Likewise, the User may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and, in particular, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the rights set out above in this Privacy Policy have been infringed or if they consider that the processing of the personal data concerning them infringes the applicable regulations.

6. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Founderz reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes or updates to the Privacy Policy will be explicitly notified to the User by means of a notice on the Website, together with the updated version of the Privacy Policy.
