AUTHORIZATION PROCESSING OF IMAGE AND VOICE

1. Who processes your image and voice?

Founderz Emprendimiento, S.L., with Tax ID No. B06944375 and registered office at Avenida diagonal, 545 - p. 5, Barcelona, 08029, Barcelona, is the controller responsible for processing your image and voice for the purposes set out below and, for this purpose, collects your explicit consent.

2. For what purposes does Founderz use your image and/or voice?

Publicly display your use case on AI Educators Hub.

Display thumbnails and previews in AI Educators Hub listings.

3. What is the legal basis for the processing?

The authorization you grant us by ticking the acceptance checkbox that accompanies this document pursuant to Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on the civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one’s own image.

4. What is the scope of your authorization?

By granting your authorization, you permit: (a) the reproduction, public communication (including making available on the Internet) and distribution of your image/voice as they appear in the use case so that they may be used internally and disseminated on the internet, on the AI Educators Hub website as well as Founderz’s official social media channels, without the authorization granted being subject to any time limit or restricted to the national territory of any country; (b) the making of technical adjustments (format, quality, metadata, accessibility, interface translation) without altering the meaning of the content.

In no case do you transfer the ownership of the rights over the use case. Ownership of rights is not transferred; you retain your moral and personal rights (honour, privacy and image).

The authorization is granted free of charge and without any financial compensation.

5. What is the duration and your right to withdraw consent?

The authorization you give us remains in effect until you request the withdrawal of the authorization for the publication of the AI Educators Hub use case. You can withdraw it at any time as easily as you gave the authorization, by sending an email to hola@founderz.com.

However, please note that withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out nor copies outside our control (e.g., screenshots taken by third parties).
